Brand Hilton

Brand's primary claim to fame in the Perl community is that he founded DFW.pm. He has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, the majority of which has been spent developing automated test systems. He's been developing almost exclusively in Perl for the last 4 years, and has presented at the Perl Conference.

A few years ago, with the aid of Scientology auditing, Brand discovered that in a past life he had been the last Emperor of the Alluvian people, a race widespread among the M 1 solar system, up until their untimely demise when M 1 went supernova, giving rise to the Crab Nebula. Upon recalling these facts, Brand promptly named himself Emperor of the Crab Nebula, a position to which he is obviously entitled in view of the fact that no one has disputed his claim, and the fact that he has business cards that say so.

Strangely enough, Brand is married and has procreated.
